Facelift Procedure

Facelift surgery is performed through incisions within the hairline on either side of the head, continues around the ear and ends in the lower scalp.  Depending on each patients individual needs, Dr. Mofid may remove and/or replace fat and/or separate or tighten facial muscles. Scars from the incisions are concealed within the hair line and in natural contours of the face and ears to enhance the likelihood of natural-looking results. Once finished, the patient’s face will be smoother and firmer, with fewer creases, wrinkles, and bags caused by sagging skin.
